These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online gaming services provided by Lunarspins Casino (the “Casino”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operated by L.C.S. - Definitions

- Registration and Account 4.1. You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information and maintain and promptly update your Account information.
4.2. Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Casino. Duplicate, shared or third-party Accounts are prohibited.
4.3. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your Account and must safeguard your password and Account details. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

- Deposits and Payment Methods 6.1. - Bonuses and Promotions 8.1. All Bonuses are governed by the specific Bonus Rules (which form part of these Terms) and by any additional promotional terms published on the Site. Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Casino’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
8.2. General Bonus rules:
- Bonuses are non-transferable and available to one Account per household, IP address or device unless otherwise stated.

8.3. Examples: If a promotion states 30x Wagering Requirement on combined deposit + bonus (D+B) for a €100 deposit and €100 bonus, the total wagering required would be 30 × €200 = €6,000 before withdrawal of bonus-converted funds.
8.4. Jurisdictional Variations: Promotions, available Bonuses, wagering requirements and other terms may vary by jurisdiction and account type. You must check the specific terms of any promotion prior to accepting it. No player is entitled to any Bonus unless they meet all eligibility requirements.

14.2. 15.2. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to the Malta Gaming Authority or alternative dispute resolution as permitted under Maltese law. 15.3. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts for matters not subject to dispute resolution arrangements under the Casino’s licence and applicable regulation.

- Miscellaneous 18.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

18.3. Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
